that place is a joke i had to wait 2 months for a part from them

 

I've had some great service from them and their prices are the lowest around. My only problem is that Josh is junk peddler. Most of the stuff on his site is cheap garbage and these are the items he pushes the hardest, I'm guessing because of a higher margin. As a drop-shipper, he doesn't know much about what he's actually selling. That's great for business but BAD for the customers. If I were a vendor I would not sell a single item I would not be willing to put on my own car.

 

as far as drop shippers go give bostonmotorsports a try. they respond super quick to pms and have some of the cheapest prices around. not to mention they overnight ship for free a lot

 

+1 for Boston motorsports! They sold me my accessport for 529.00 shipped overnight. Never had something shipped overnight totally awesome.

 

never had any issues with josh or his products.. last big order i placed was for a buddy in Iraq(at the time) and was for about 3k worth of parts.. all arrived at the same time, all there, cheap price, and quick shipment.. sry to hear about your struggles..

 

Ive ordered parts from them plenty of times. They have always beaten everyones price and I have never gotten any of my orders wrong. Always delivered quick to me with good communication during the order. I send them a PM and usually an hour later I get a response. Not sure what happened with your order but my experience has always been the complete opposite. Hope they sort out the issues for you.

 

with my experience, when they have things in stock in their warehouse, it comes fast and correct. but most of the times they order your parts direct from the company and have them ship it out. thats when it gets communication gets complicated.

 

I would stay away from EQ tuning as well. horrible business.

 

I ordered parts from Import Image on Friday and got them to my door Tuesday. Everything I ordered was perfect and came very fast.

 

I think you should start another thread, this thread is not about the business practices of EQ Tuning.
