Lol, no kidding. I guess to be more specific I want the butt dyno to verify that a significant improvement has been made from my stage 2 butt dyno results.

Do you guys think you can hit 300 all around with the mods listed?

Your probably going to get sick of hearing this, but you'll hear it often. "Don't worry about the peak numbers."

It's good to know what it is, but making overall more power is the goal. A good example is my car, sure I made 30whp/30wtq+ over my last tune, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't enough to shave .9 seconds off my 1/4 mile time. It's the overall power curve that made the difference.

With that said, I think with that setup you can probably nip 300whp and gauranteed almost to go 300+wtq on Ed's software.

Trust me, i've heard it a million times, and it's a hard question to answer. Ya, I know it makes no sense just to want 300whp, but I just like the sound of it.

Ya, but all b/s aside, all I want is a strong running reliable map making good useable power. Just working on finding all my parts now and getting them in.

haha, ya it's an endless road from what I hear, but I dread turbo lag and have slow driving habits so I should be good with the 34 for a while.

What are you going to upgrade to?

There will be quite a significant improvement over the stage 2... I wouldn't worry about that .

Like I said, I've had a handful of VF cars make 300whp on 91 Octane, so if you have all the right parts and your engine and turbo are very healthy, and the weather is nice and cool, you might hit 300whp. That being said, you're much more likely to be in the 280whp range, so try not to be too upset if that's the case. Numbers are just numbers no matter how good they may sound .

Thanks

Cool, I like that answer. You sound like a good guy, Ed.
Well pending once I get all the parts assembled into the car, i'll be sure to head down your way this summer.

I am pretty close to your setup minus the tgv deletes and 3-port solenoid and am running a vf-39. My car should go into EQ next week if all goes as planned, just waiting on one more part. I'll post the results after the tune.

My setup is STi TMIC, perrin UEL header, perrin inlet, grimmspeed up-pipe, full catted maddad exhaust and DP, & mbc. Still don't think I will hit 300whp. Would be cool though if it did!

We're going to get to tuning your car someday!
Let me know when you get those leaks resolved and we should be able to schedule you in sometime this week.

Thanks

I hear you, I'd love to go E85, just want a couple more stations around, could probably dip into the 11's running it...Still, my car is driving awesome with this setup.

There are more stations popping up every day .

Here's your dyno chart... very stout numbers for the setup!

Thanks
