Big big ups to Brendan, Sonia, and Ed at EQ. This is the first time I honestly felt more like a friend than a customer on my first visit at ANY shop I've ever been to. I will not discuss the other shops, but I have to say that simply because the tuning man himself Ed will TALK to you, is already a league above the rest. He's great at communicating suggestions and even while he does his tune.
I cant praise my experience enough with them. Heck, they even offered me PIZZA.
And of course it boils down to the actual service. The car runs SMOOTH and holds most of it's power all the way to redline, and my god the fat torque curve makes it all worth it. I even told Ed that I'm surprised that with the power I'm making it's "Conservative."
So in short I recommend EQ tuning to anybody looking for a great tune with friendly customer service, and personally Ed had me at "Hello."
P.S. JP, if you're reading this you should call your friend Brendan

Thanks for the very kind words So! You have a very cool car and it was our pleasure to get it running well. I actually really wanted to take a couple pics of the car but you caught us on one of the busiest days in a while. Gotta love running around all day .
Thanks

You're welcome Ed. EQTuning customer from day 1. Yeah it was like a stab to the heart.. The car has been a blast. Just FYI, I am leaning heavily towards an '04-05 STi. A nice stage 1 tune would put the "worry" factor on the sidelines....and of course the STi would move on to bigger and badder things.
