The shinier they are the fast your car will go. I believe there was an individual selling them in the forum earlier last month. Just check some of the archives.
A dual exhaust tip helps too.
Peak flow is important in the last few inches of your exhaust.
Additionally I would suggest large window decals and preformance stickers conspicuously placed along the side of your car. As far as I know the HP gain from these is about +10-12 hp per decal... depending on size.
