I heard about this. It's a high school in Morgan Hill. In any case, make me turn my shirt inside out? I say to them GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY!

No one in America walks in Mexico on July 4th. Get your asses out of country...

And the whole "incite violence" issue is a joke. Horrible Vice Principal.

If the mexican students allegiance is with Mexico they should be in Mexico, stop using our country like a *****! would they fight for America if the time came? If the situation did turn violent over American pride they should face the consequences and be thrown in jail. possibly even deported depending on their immigration status.

like i have been saying this whole time, this is not what the school wanted to happen. what happened was very wrong but you dont want this turning into a race riot.

I think this is more pour over from Arizona's Immigration Law, either way, tensions are going to escalate and things are going to spiral out of control if they dont address the issue, or if people disagree with the decision dealing with the issue.

What happened to the reported 60 or so students who walked out of class yesterday waving Mexican flags and chanting "Mexico"? Oh, they returned to class after their little stunt was over. Guess that whole 'race riot' thing only works one way.

I'd like to know the context of the student wearing the flag. Were they:

A) Have a history of anti-Mexican sentiments that often lead to confrontations between to the two groups and have been campaigning against the celebration of cinco de mayo with the ultimate culmination of the flag wearing and had already begun harrassment of those celebrating the holiday?

Or

B) Felt patriotic and wore flag shirts

Or ???

What's clear is VP gave inadequate reasoning for demanding the kids to change or go home.
