Well if they hand out these $2000 debit cards as mentioned in another thread, then there should be electronic documentation of every purchase. At least one would think.

If that were the only place it were going you'd be correct, but I really don't think it is.
Lets see, 51 billion divided by 2000, thats about 25.5 million ATM cards, should be enough for about one out of every ten people in the country.

Of course that's not it.
A lot of that money is being used for those that volunteered to take-in the victims and a lot of that will go toward re-building NO, etc. There's bound to be foul play with that much money in so many different hands.
