Question Time:
Say you go to the library to study because the library is supposed to be a quiet place for reading.
Some people come in and start talking loudly, without regard for those around them reading and enjoying the quiet. Those people that came in decided that they want to be loud in the library, therefore changing what the library was for the first person (a quiet place).
Person number 2 is in the right, correct? Since they have the right to speak loudly wherever they'd like, right? Without regards for the people who wanted to study in the library because of the library was quiet?
What do you guys think?

Now that we have that out of the way, I believe we were talking about what marriages are or are not recognized by the state. Sorry if we confused you into thinking this was a library related thread.

Your analogy has absolutely no bearing on which grown adults get to marry and which ones don't. This idea of yelling in the library is ridiculous. Did they disturb your reading of Where's Waldo or something?
They already have the right to marry here. They aren't lobbying to take away your right to marry and we shouldn't take away theirs.

waldo ftw
According to your example, same-sex marriage is going to affect you personally.
If so, how?
(Afraid you might like it?

Relax and type slowley and maybe people will be able to decode what you're trying to say. And I'm sorry you feel the need to call yourself ignorant, with a little more schooling and some thought on modern view in society, I'm sure you could be on your way to an intelligent future.
Today in my town I saw a number of people with signs saying yes on prop 8. Accross the street was another groupe of people with signs saying no on 8. As the day progressed, they began to exchange rude gestures and comments to one another. At that point, I suddenly had a thoght. Why are people so passionate and concerned with weather we should "permit" or "denye" people of the same sex to merry.
If people realy want something to ***** about, why not have a prop "No more women having children to aquier more state benifets" or prop "Increasing welfare program requierments to a certen degree so that people are only alowed a window of a year with benifts untill termination( get a job or don't eat) or what about prop" Prevent able bodyed people from choosing to be homless" so that tax payers like you and myself don't have to pay for Kevin, the assmaster homless guy, to stay alive when his *** can work. Ans theres always prop" stop over population" by administering the ovarian clamp at the age thirteen, and " the pill" for males. Not to mention, having to aquier a goverment permit to have children at all. Thus minamizing numbers and stupid people=)
I have people in my family that these props would apply to, and I wouldnt feel bad for a minute.
My point is, if we'r diverse enough to have an Austrian actor for governer, a woman and a black man run for president, sex being advertised on every air wave, tv, and net, then we can handle is gay people merry. Take a look around yall thers much more to fight for.
Peace
