You have an amazing ability to find "facts" that seem to support whatever misinformation you are spreading.
Go ahead, find them. Post the link and paste them here:

- Make divorces illegal.
- Make adultery a felony.

Let's see how many people would vote for that.
Got my vote EXCEPT for in cases of adultery or abuse.

I had a gay friend who's parents sent him to this "re-education" camp to try to de-gay him.

He said it was just a place for gay kids to hook up.

Seriously though, I searched, and, in California, adultery is not a criminally punishable offense (i.e., not even an infraction). If you find anything in the California Penal Code that states otherwise, please provide a link.
did i say it was a criminal offense? no

We've been over this already.

No it does not.

Incest represents a form of child abuse - meaning, if you bang your sister there is a very high chance that the child will have genetic defects. That is the reason Incest is illegal.

To allow gay marriage/unions/whatever is only to two consenting adults, regardless of sexual orientation, to be given the same legal rights as a modern day heterosexual couple. Thats it. No animals, no children. Neither or of these have the ability to consent.

But the law still discriminates against those desiring polygamous marriages.
Is that fair?

And if birth control is used, why can't siblings marry?

So basically gay people are on the same level as polygamists and insestual siblings.

I think all this has to do with what's culturally relevant. Culture will continue to change and this prop is basically a test to see where the lines are drawn at this point in time.

Huh!?!
Are you trying to say that homosexuals are "better" than polygamists or incestuous siblings?

Are not all three simply people trying to live their own life, on their own terms?

How much freedom is too much?
