I think it's really sad that its one of the only ways we can make our voices heard. I totally think they should be allowed to do it and i guess i support doing it - just on principle - but its still pretty futile and if you think if will change anything you are kidding yourself. I also get bummed out about the destructive or gross (puke-ins) because in the end some poor guy has to clean up your political statement.
