As I said, there is nothing we can do about foreign students in our universities as long as they outperform American students. As for foreign workforces... how is legislation here going to affect them?

True, the problem is in the naieve free market U.S. policies and executive greed (and lack of a pro-America stance), in addition to the current group think that promotes outsourcing even when it's not the best thing for a company or one's homeland.

I have no problem with foreign workers and students in America because it supports our economy, at the same time providing opportunity for Americans of all races and backgrounds to succeed.
