Delay at it again!
Tom Delay is arguably one of the dirtiest politicians out there. Though he hasnt been charged with any misdoings in this specific case, there is too much crap going on around him not to wonder.

You do realize that these thing are rampant on both sides, and some are better at manipulating the laws, right? That's no excuse, but makes pointing the finger ludicrous.
