Amusing aspects aside, you should refrain from Editing someone's quote and attributing it to them. That is not fair and balanced.
Back to the thread... I called in to Bell South DSL and was routed to the Phillipines. I spoke with a really nice lady who spoke English better than many Americans. Process was painless and effective.

You know what, Ive heard of this being implemented already. I have no problems with it either. It will force us to either step up our educational systems or continue to lose work to other countries.

I still think if we want to compete we need to keep the edge by having the best place in the world to innovate and protecting those ideas. Research and development should be one of the top things we do. Also protecting those idea from places like China should be number two.
