Test Only Smog Centers??

Just go my registration letter for my mini-van. Yes my wife drives the kids around in a mini van, so no soccer mom jokes!

I have to go to a test only smog center because mini vans are considered to possibly pollute more?! What??
SUVs should just go to the scrap yard, since they pollute so much more.

So any recommendations since none are listed yet at the DMV website.
Places in San Francisco, Daly City or Los Altos would be great.

I don't know that area, but any 'regular' smog place (ie. oil changer for example) would know where one is. In fact, they may even give you a little certificate that gives you a discount. Many of these places have referels so they get discounts and stuff like that.
