Brake Upgrade 02 wrx?

Looking for an affordable brake upgrade for my 02 wrx. any suggestions on pads, rotors, fluids etc.. This car is my daily driver and has stock wheels. Not looking for big brake kits etc.. what setups you have on your car, and pros/cons would be cool too..
thanks

A nice upgrade for bugeyes are the 4/2 pots brakes from the 06/07 wrx's. Its a step up from 02/03 stock and a close to brembos off an STi.

Ive got them on my car and love them.

They look much better than stock, and changing pads is WAY easier too.

I thought about going that route, it's a little pricey though...unless I find someone selling a used setup. Anyone try the stoptech staged packages?

the 4-pots won't fit the oem 2002 wheels with out a spacer. the 06-07 came with 17s not the 16s like the years before.

4 pots use standard WRX rotors up front.
A good upgrade is OE rotors, Akebono/Stoptech/etc. pads, brake lines, and fluid.

I didn't think stoptech was doing the stage 1/2 anymore? I thought they replaced it with like a sport package or something like that. It's just rotors, pads and lines. Which is an awesome way to go.

Good luck.

Rotors/pads/lines is always a good way to go on a daily driven car. If you upgrade calipers and go to a BBK or something like that I'd do front and rear. No way I'd go just front.
