Wagon Rear Seat Belt Question

You know, the wagon rear seat belt just hangs in the hatch if it's not in use. I have never used it before. I had to carry 4 ppl and it was used a few weeks ago...

There are 2 things that need to be plugged into the seat belt locks. 1 of them does not release (the one without the red normal seat belt release button). How can I pull it back out? Is there a way?

Thanks! I'll try to post a photo but hopefully other wagon owners know what I am talking about...

if it's like a 2002 then look around on the belt lock and you should see a place where it looks like something can be inserted on mine it is a little grey keyhole looking thing (it's on one of the large flat sides of it belt lock). Your regular car key should be able to slightly push into that area and the belt should pop out.
