WRX Rush I too have the Spec C V8's on my 04, but I added Group N mounts, very nice aren't they. I also added Hotchkis Sway bars and Heavy Duty End Links to the mix as well.

Thanks for postin' the picks man. Can you notice much of a drop from the stock ride height? I want to do something with my suspension and have been looking at different set ups...the spec c and s202 are in the mix of things. Your input has been helpful...again thanks!

I would love to get this setup but I really want more of a drop...do u think
I could get aftermarket springs for the setup or would that just kill the struts.

I have the regular V8's and am thinking about picking up the Prodrive 04 STi springs + Group N stuff to even out the fender gap and get a bit better ride. (Prodrives are all progressive, the STi rears are progressive, not fronts). The JDM STi pinks (more of a drop) are designed for these struts as well, you should get good strut life with either of those springs. Anything else may or may not be designed to work with the stock struts as well.

My 02 on Regular STi v8's.

C Stoyer: I too have cusco strut tower bars and sway bars with hotchkis end links. A few bushings from whiteline and some more to come but I am definatly happy with the outcome thus far.

Tele-Viper: The drop was about 3/4 of an inch in the front and 1 full in the rear. In retrospect the lines of the tire and the line of the fender are matched perfectly and I am happy with the drop, some say it needs to be lower and then I smoke them around a corner and they complain no more.

Dice: Go with what symby has said about springs. Although I bought this package for its specific attention to dampening rates matched with spring rates. If I were to mess with it I am not sure how happy I would be but, I would definatly go with prodrive or STi that is for sure.

Symby: It is good to hear that you have a good suspension plan ahead of you. Since mine are JDM I already had the top hats and did not invest, but the difference of the two is very significant. Good luck.

Cheers to all,

Austin
