You can probably do a forum search over there, they basically hammered this subject down over and over again.

3 Week update:
The car rides about 14mm lower in the back and 22mm lower in the front (Than stock)
The body roll has been eliminated, with the help of a front and rear stress bars and a rear sway bar. Understeer was not completely corrected but it is about 80% better of what it was previous to the Spec-C. Squat and dive have been reduced about 85-90% due to the bound rates on the springs and shocks,
On the NVH front:
Noise: the inner cabin noise was not dramatically increased.
Vibration: Vibration was also increased, far inside the relm of sanity, but still a noticeable increase, and with some of the plastic fittings in the car it is really noticeable
Harshness: Going down a regular road it feels fine, the construction near my house makes life a little difficult, I have yet to bottom out due to their bound qualities, but I could ride the car cross country and have a minor back ache
On the whole shot: The car is not as low as I thought it would be, it rides better than I thought it would, and for the price it holds the road, the research that went into that setup, and the "set and forget" factor is way high.
Overall I am happy with the outcome and I will post pictures tommorow, since I just washed my car.
Any more questions feel free to ask,
Austin

I am considering this setup for my USDM 04 STi..., would they actually fit with no modifications? I recalled that the 04 STi rear strut top mount/ hat is different than the WRX..correct me if i am wrong.. but would the JDM V8 spec C rear suspension be different as well?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I was under the influence, that all suspensions and engines are plug and play for all subuars. Since these are Ver 8, and I have a USDM wrx, I would definatly say they would fit, call your local shop and ask that question, or I am sure someone on here will tell you that I am correct, or that I am wrong.

Its not worth it to buy these and put them on your STi man.. The Spec-C front springs are only marginally stiffer than what you have on your car now if any. The v8 suspension is said to be identical to the USDM STi suspension and the Spec-C only has tigher front springs over the regular v8(rears = same). If I were you I'd just get some JDM Pink springs or 04 Prodrives and some hardened top hats and enjoy. That'll cost a wee bit more than the JDM's but at least it will be an upgrade.
Edit for more info: They will fit your STi no problem. The v8 rear springs are progressive thus the different top hat used over the 02/03 (v7) wrx rear top hats.
