it could be alot of things.could be tire balance,rims ,driveshaft balance or even something else.is the car stock or modified?stock wheels?what year/model is it? can you make the vib. in fourth gear at the same speed?have you rotated your wheels lately?just try'n to help.it could be a very simple fix.

It's most likely wheel/tire related if it's speed dependent.

My 03 rex doesnt like 5th gear at 65. Thats less than 3k rpm if i recall (im not there often) and my car will chater if i stomp on it there.....use 4th....and see if its still there...

Just an idea from a technical retard.

yea I'm with that monkey, Ban SUVS. It sounds like a tire/wheel balance issue. If you have another set of tires drive on those and see what happens. If the same problem occurs then I would say it's a wheel bearing or something to that effect. Hopefully it's a tire/wheel weight got knocked off.

otherwise pray that your warranty covers it, or you'll be mad.
