[QUOTE=Brfatal;3358598]The earlier Cobb springs are Cobb's take on S-Techs. Slammer springs. They later revised them and reduced the drop. I'm not sure how the spring rates were changed though.QUOTE]

Thank you for the input. I dont think my springs dropped my car too dramatically so I may have the later versions. They are just a little soft for my taste, but the car does ride very nice in comparison to other lowered vehicles I have had.

Now that I am playing around 400hp I may start a suspension redisign and go with some good coil overs, but for right now I am not getting any wheel hop and its working so im kicking that can down the road a little.

Waiting to decide which spring/coilover I like best unsure yet.
Shop around, try and get ride alongs with people who have good setups.

I have a set of stock 04 WRX springs, but if you're looking to upgrade, best keep up the search.

I'm doing out my car with Whiteline soon, so I'll be sure to post and tell what difference it makes.

Have a trusted mechanic or well informed forum person have a look. STi pinks are good, and it's guaranteed to fit if you get stock STi struts.

Glad to be of help! That said, it will behoove you greatly to research what anyone, indeed myself included, tells you here or any other forum. Corroborating evidence will lead you to the truth.

Only thing about having someone look is they're down in Oakland, let me know how the white line out goes, thanks a lot man! I always research what people say haha. Can't trust anyone 100 percent.

If you're just doing some spirited runs but want to keep a comfy DD drive....

Get some STi struts, an appropriate spring set up (this will really affect the ride depending on what you choose. I personally suggest Swifts and the spec R if you want a milder drop with more spring rate, RCE springs are great too), Get a 24mm rear sway bar w/endlinks, front and rear strut bars and call it a day. You can add more later down the road.

I'm thinking about some sti springs with struts.
What is the difference in feel between 24mm and 20mm sway bar?
