tell me what you guys think is better for everyday driving and some track days. And does the RA work with the edfc, i cant search because i cant search for RA since its not three letters.

I would go with the RA since they get more bang for your buck.
the ride with em is a little stiffer too!!!
you can handle the ride its not terrible

I personally would go with the Flex. With the Flex, you can adjust the ride height without affecting the stiffness of the ride.

 

thats what i like about the 2 way adjustable coilovers as in flex, zero2 and the flta2. im going with the flex

 

if i run the ss i cant have the 2 way height adjustable.

 

yes with the ss you can run the edfc

 

1 way height adj. is where you loosten your spring to lower your car and
2 way is where there is a completly seperate setting to lower and raise your car
