Steering problems/noise

Just bought 97L 2.2 awd few days ago. For 3k 62k miles
Want to get her ship shape plus few mods.
noticed creaking noise front right wheel. it makes noise in front when turning wheel to the right and if I push car up and down on that side. I suspect its been ran off in dicht on that side. no noticeable damage to sway bar or struts springs etc Though the brake pads strangly worn on the tip corners of the pads at 45 degress almost. Wheels got bent replaced no bounceing just pulls to right. It also seems to get in a bind turning slow to the right. My best guesse bushing or strut
Axels look/sound good no visble damage to sway bar
I dont know anything about these cars need advice...

Its kinda a pain in the ***. If you loosen the tranny mount and jack up the tranny while hoisting the engine, you may be able to get at it. If you do it this way you don't have to pull the motor. Don't forget to pull off you exhaust from the engine.

These are the only bolts holding it to the motor.
