please give advice

will usdm 04sti suspension(strut/springs)fit on my 02wrx? input appreciated!

Yes, but I believe you need '04 tophats.

the person im buying them off of has the setup on an 02-03.does that mean he already has o4 top hats or is it possable to be running without??????????thanks

Ride123's cool dude. Hey man sure hope you like the ride. Try to keep the setup for awhile and take it out for a nice mountain drive before considering replacing the springs. Hope you have as much or more fun with it like I did.
