Alright, i want power but how...please give some help?
being a noob to the suby dubya game i know i want power but not sure how to get it and what i should do first. help a kid out with some info on what parts i should get started with.
i'm thinkin:
-uppipe(which one?)
-downpipe(which one?)
-Blitz FMIC
-turbo back exhaust(which one?)
-intake(is it really necessary??)
-boost controller(which one?)(how much boost can the stock turbo handle?)
does it really matter whether the UP/DP are catless or have a cat(i don't want any emissions problems)? i know these questions are kind of vague but i'm extremely new to subaru's(former worked honda owner), so i'm tryin to gather all the possible info i can and reading all the posts is quite time consuming.....thanx in advance.
other suggestions are welcomed.

I think most folks would agree that the most basic advice to realize (or uncork) more power would be to get rid of as much restriction in your exhaust. If you start out with a catless or high-flow cat downpipe/midpipe/exhaust, you'll immediately notice more horsepower. Another just as popular hp increase is a boost controller (w/ boost gauge). Just be aware of the risks posed by increasing your boost....overboost, partial throttle, full boost....and you'll be a happy camper.
