If you plan on running stock struts 1.9 is too low. SPT's (Eibach), Eibach pro, prodrive (Eibach) and some others work well with the stock struts. I have SPT's with stock struts and I am happy with them. Here is a link with some pic's of my car https://www.i-club.com/forums/showth...hreadid=56840. There is also a link that has some pics of the perrins.

Good luck.

i was thinking about getting those springs. but my brother got me a good rate on some tein coilovers for cheap. i think that the 1.9 looks good but here in la with all the pot holes in the roads i dont think it will be too good to have that kind of set up with the stock shocks...

Perrin's website says that they are developed for the stock strut. They also say that for improved performance to get better struts. I think if money is tight and you want it that low, go with the perrins. The stock struts will wear faster but hey thats life. If your stock struts have over 10000 miles on them i would just get different struts right away. Perrin is a pretty reliable company but so are the others. Good luck!
