I purchased an UP and DP from MPJ like a month ago. The shipment took two weeks to ship out because a backorder on the DP. Backorder doesn't really bother me since I too work in e-commerce and know how it could be. The thing was that I was told a ETA and the date kept getting pushed. Yes it could have been Perrins fault so I do not hold this against MPJ. I do trust them with all the great things I have hear about them. Anyhow, it pisses me off, to see both DP and UP are shipping out with gaskets now. Is this a I-club member only special I didn't know about? Is this just a promotion you guys are now having?


Anyhow MPJ was polite and provided great service. One gripe would be to hire more sales reps to answer phone calls. 90% of phone calls made, went straight to voicemail.

jun-wrx - We were on back order for the downpipes for sometime but since the latest production run has been flowing we are all caught up and have a bunch on hand. The free gaskets is a new special that we are offering (since we found a new place to purchase the gaskets from for super cheap we thought we would pass it on).

You are right on the needing more sales reps as we are only a small shop with a 4 man crew and a part time finance lady and find most of time speant on the cars and shipping. We are working on expanding to enable us to cover the phones a little better.

im interested in the lowering springs and camber kit. i have a 2004 rs will they fit my car and how much will it lower it?

 

bob25rs - You would need to use STI top hats in the rear to run these springs (we have these at $150 shipped).

The springs will lower the car 1.9" in the front and 1.5" in the rear.
