Need help please!

I have two issues here and need so help so bare with me please.

Part 1
So i just recently installed my BC racing coilovers about 6 months ago, and now im hearing some kind of squeaking coming from back right. any idea what that might be?

Part 2
I noticed on the inside of my right rim there is some greenish black grease dripping from somewhere. I have yet been able to pinpoint it and i am now starting to hear a grinding noise that comes and goes. i cant stand hearing foreign sounds and it is slowly killing me.

Thank you for your time,
R3D

Part 1 sounds like bushings. When you lower a car the bushings are basically under strain permanently and when you go over bumps they'll squeak. Easy fix is loosen all the bolts holding bushings then retighten them. Might need to add some grease to sway bar bushings too.
Part 2 is definitely cv boot. Doesn't have to be torn to be leaking. Shouldn't cost too much to get fixed, but if u don't fix it soon it'll end up costing a lot.
