How much does it affect brake bias?
Fits stock rims, and the bias is actually better since it evens out the brake force a bit more.

I figured it would help move force to the rears. Just wondering by how much. That's cool that you can still fit stock rims. Thanks.

... and 15" should fit over them too for gravel tires! (also been eyeing this kit)

since we are on the subject... what are some of the pads that you all are running. I'm interested in street pads that don't cost an arm and a leg.

I am currently running Carbotech Bobcats on my 4-pot/H6 brakes. I like them but am trying something next time around: Porterfield R4Ss

I run on my 99 RS:

FRONT
294mm DBA 4000 Rotors- WRX Size
Axxis Ultimates
Goodridge lines

REAR
290mm DBA Standard Slotted Rotors- H6 Size
Axxis Ultimates
Stoptech lines

MRT Master Cylinder Bracket
Ate Super Blue Fluid

I went about 7/10 inch larger in the front from stock RS. 1 inch in the back from a stock RS/wrx.

Stock RS front: 277mm. 17mm increase.

Stock RS/WRX rear: 266mm. 24mm increase.

It changed the car completey for me since I have about 300lbs on your cars. The braking is great, and having the some of the bias go to the back didn't make my car tail happy with trail brake, it's still stable.

I'm running hps and the powerslot/aem kit F/R. Love it except for the clearance issues from the massive front disks (and added weight), going to change the fluid to superblue and the lines out and maybe a master cylinder brace. +1 for hps.

Thats an interesting setup too... I keep hearing bad things about the overly-large rotors though.

mine haven't been a problem, well I haven't found one. I got the whole set barely used for 240 though so I couldn't say no.

Ultimates are quiet, but are hands down the dirtiest pads around.

I've had the braket on for years now. It was what best mod for pedal feel and stiffening the pedal.

anyone want to get in on a group buy for WRX front/ H6 rears?

there is a vendor on another board that sell Brembos and I got a quote for WRX front/H6 rear (blanks) w/ Goodrige SS line for $347 shipped. They carry Brembo drill/slotted too.
