noise?

Sounds like a bad wheel bearing dude. If the noise is a clunking type, then it is most likely suspension related.

wheel bearing? is that expensive to get it replaced? .... i mean i don't drive my car that badly just everyday driving ... never took it to track .... has 64,000 miles on it ... do they just wear out on that many miles? or it could be something else related to suspension?

Could be the brakes as well. I had a clicking sound because of warped rotors. If you brake really hard, does the steering wheel vibrate? If no, then you can eliminated brakes.

Have you had all of your Subaru's maintenance done according to the factory-recommended schedule?

http://www.subaru.com/owners/schedul...=SCHEDULE_2006

You should have had a major maintenance at 60,000 miles and the technicians would (or should) have inspected the CV joint boots, as well as ball joints and other pieces for excessive wear.

i got my 60000 mile service done like about a 1 month ago at Capitol Subaru ..... nd they said everything is fine .... nothing wrong except that i had check engine light for my EGT sensor at that time. I got that fixed like 3 weeks ago. I heard it again today when i went to my friends house only on low speeds. Nd no the steering wheel doesn't shake .... my rotors are fine nd brakes work good.
