After 50,000 miles I need front brakes. I'm planning on upgrading the system without going bigger. I have a set of 15 in rally rims I TSD with. I have made the decision to get Powerslot rotors, and stainless brake lines, but am not sure about the pads. Was planning on Hawk HPS (non plus), but saw the ceramic pads from several manufacturers. Did a search that came up empty and I am wondering how they perform? I know they help with brake dust, but how do they grab and how hard are they on rotors? Also, are they good for street use, or are they best left for heavily raced cars? Thanks in advance
