Best Lowering Springs???
Best Lowering Springs???
I've been searching for the best Lowering Springs for the Wrx. Many people on the board have either Eibach Pro-kits of Tein S-Tech Springs. I want something that will be able to keep the stock ride and give the front and rear a nice even drop. Im also going on 18inch Rora Subzero's. Alot of daily driving will be used on these springs. I ran H&R Sports on my Type R and they ran fine. Every car is considered to ride differently, whats my best for stock ride quality.
Thanks

I've got a set of Espelir ASD springs with a drop of 35mm front and 20mm rear(~1.38" front, ~.80" rear). I've paired with AGX struts from the get go and the settings on 2/2 and it rode pretty smooth. So I imagine it to be a lot smoother with the settings at 1/1. I forget what the rates are, but they're somewhere along the lines near the Pro Kits.. hope this helps.
Here is a pic of a RS with Prodrive springs https://www.i-club.com/forums/showth...5&pagenumber=2. And here is a pic of a WRX with perrins https://www.i-club.com/forums/showth...threadid=56577. If you buy a lowering spring you will never get the same ride as the factory springs but from what Ive read the Pro kit and SPT' are some of the softer springs. I have SPT's and IMO they are a great spring that will help handeling and they are not too harsh. Here is a link that has some bad pics of my 02 WRX with SPT's https://www.i-club.com/forums/showth...odrive+springs. SPT is made by Eibach and I think they are the same as the pro kit (not sure though). Check out the reviews section for more info on these and other springs.
