best lowering springs for stock suspension?

Hi. I just bought a 04 WRX sedan. I was wondering, which lowering springs are the best to get for the stock suspension. I dont want to sacrifice ride quality, but want the car to sit lower for sure. I am running stock 16" rims right now, but will be replacing them with 17 sometime in the future. I had eibach on my 03 tiburon GT and they worked well. thanks.

well most people will say get the eibachs if your going to be using ur stock struts. currently i am using eibachs w/ agx and I have no complaints. Well if one thing the front could be a little lower.

Eibach ProKit, Prodrives, or Whiteline Controls. Everything else is a bit iffy as to how well it works with stock struts.

I went with Prodrives. The car now sits level. The big front fender gap is gone and the ride is as good as stock if not better. I love 'em.

I have them on an 04 RS sedan. I got 'em from Mach V motorsports http://www.fastwrx.com/index.html. Mach V has before and after pics on their site too.
I wanted to reiterate that I really think my car did ride better with the Prodrives than with the stock springs, and that was with a 20mm STI RSB. Since then though I upgraded the front and rear swaybars and that did stiffen the ride up quite a bit. It will be interesting to see how the car rides and performs with the 17's wrapped in Falken Azenis Sports that I use for autox... I can't wait

You know I have to say I installed Prodrives on my stock struts and although there is less body roll and the comfort is about the same, maybe a little rougher than stock, the struts just can't handle the springs. They seem way underdampened and have a bounce when pushed real hard. I'd really suggest getting struts while you're at it. If you don't drive really hard it might be ok, but I feel like I have less control now than I did before. Just my $.02!
