2002 wrx pinging sounds low speed only???

only have at 5-15 MPH then goes away.
Checked everything and nothing was loose. I did notice the inner tie rod boots were both ripped.could dirt get in there and somehow make noise ??
i do have s piece rotors but nothing was loose and double checked.
could this be an axel? please help thank you

My axle clicked like that when it was bad, replaced the axle and haven't heard the sound since. Sometimes the axle nut may also have come loose. Worth a shot to replace with a new nut.

Update found out this noise is coming for my ray wheels one of the2 valve stem bolts most have back off and is rolling around in my tire.
