security light
I own an 04 WRX wagon. The security light is flashing in sequences of two. Anyone have any idea how to correct this without having to go to the dealer. I've tried disconneting the battery but it didn't work. Thanks for any suggestions.

I have an 02 wagon with the same two flash sequence occurring. I have no answer for you, but I do know it means something since 1,3 and 4 flash sequences are referred to in the manual. If I get an answer from my dealer I will post it.

It is in valet mode. With the drivers door open, hold the unlock button on the remote down for several seconds. That will clear the valet mode.
