security light flashing (after turbo timer install)

security light flashing
I just installed a APEXi turbo timer and did cut the wires that I need to in order to arm the car with the factory alarm while it is counting down.
Everything works fine except that now when the security light now flashes when the car is on.
Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know how to fix this?
The car is not in valet mode, I already tried that. Could it be one of the wires that you have to cut? The dark green one under the dash or the grey near the e-brake?
