Link is dead. By any chance is this TSB about the subaru coolant conditioner? You should create a site for your car at www.mysubaru.com. I got my car second hand too and set up my website. It reminds me of maintinance and updates me on reacalls and stuff. I got notified of this recall and it said I should be getting a letter in the mail about it.
When you set up your website it will ask you for a PIN #. This comes with the car but since you don't know this you'll have to request one. It'll ask you to send subaru a copy of your title or registration, something to prove you own the car.
Hope this helps

My mechanic (they are not a subaru dealer)told me I had a leak already in my head gasket before I recieved the letter a couple of days ago. So I called SOA to ask if they were just going to replace my gasket because it was covered under the 100,000 mile warranty still. The dealer said they were replacing gaskets they noticed leaks on before the TSB came out. So now I have to call SOA and find a way to resolve this little problem, I will keep you posted
