Power Window wont go up, any ideas?

Power Window wont go up, any ideas?
Driver side rear window rolled down, but would not return back. I tired both switches. All other windows work?
I did have the door sills off, wonder if a wire could have gotten pinched or soemthing?
Any way to test before I start searching?
2004 WRX sedan
The windows arent tied into the speakers in anyway are they?
I replaced speakers but i cannot see any connection.
