Question which plugs should I use for an '06 WRX? (was: spark plug question)

i want to know what band of spark plugs u guys are using and which is best for the EJ25 mine is 06 wrx.

because i am planning to change the spark plug.

any suggestion ?

contact GST. as for mike or greg. i got one step colder plugs. im stock basically just a precaution i got em . work great

You don't have to change your plugs unless you did some perfomance upgrade. Don't even need 1 step colder plug as you computer work with the stock heat range plug already. If you have flashed with any type of EM, then I will go with 1 step colder to avoid detonation since you boost is up=hotter chamber=colder plugs. Hope that help!!

I have the cobb stage 2 reflash, what would you recommend I get for a plug. Not to mention the catless downpipe 3''+ straight back. Some one told me one step colder but I don't think I am pushing enough boost(14-15+) for this type of plug. I called cobb they said use stock since it is tuned for it.
