Loss of boost psi....help!!??
Recently took the subie in due to water consumption in the intake. Got it back and the boost is running half pressure. Dealer said that the only tests done were compression and leak tests. Nothing on the turbo was touched, so they say. Any ideas would be great.

Pull the battery off it for awhile like 3 mins then it should be cleared.
