Fair Price?

Car Info: 1998 Toyota 4Runner Dune Desert Pearl
Fair Price?
What would be a fair price for an absolute mint, down to showroom condition 2003 WRX with 10,500 miles?
Has only 3 nicks as imperfections( like small nanometer) ones in the paint.
Car also has an HKS catback, a mint leather interior, and Rota wheels?
And pretty much a lot of the factory options? Alarm/boostgauge/armrest ext/ Sub?
The owner has never redlined or clutch dumped the car I know that for a fact...
