the install of the springs and shocks is hella easy. just do it urself. there's a lot of info out there for basic instructions. and it doesnt hurt to have a friend who's had experience lowering cars before, any car. takes bout 5 hours.

and allingment. just go to firestone and buy the life time for about $176 and its free allignments for as long as u own ur car. i've had 10 allingments already.

5 hours? lots of breaks and a lunch in between

i've seen shops that want to charge anywhere from 50 per spring/strut to 120 installed for all 4. Alignment ranges from 60 - 100 depending on shop as well. Hope this helps.

yo dont blame me if u cudnt do it without hurting ur precious hands. and yesterday was cold but maybe u cud use WD40 next time for the tricky bolts. or maybe u'll need air tools or just get stronger and u didnt have to compress the springs becuz the stock struts arent that compressed to begin with....

no skin on your hands? that sucks. But yes, after one time doing suspension with no air tools, i ran out to a local sears and bought over 400 dollars worth of air tools.

I don't know, but they would not have gone back on without compressing them.
i have an 02 & did not need compressors. i held it down while my bro tightened the bolts. had springs for 2k with no probs
