cruise control light flashing,check engine light

cruise control light flashing,check engine light
My cruise control wont stop flashing and check engine light wont turn off....anybody know whats the problem?

take it to autozone and have them read you CEL. the cruise control flashing if normal when the CEL goes off, it happened to my friends 06 and many others as well.
