Cost of extended warranty?
Quick poll... What did most folks pay for the extended warranty. I am thinking about getting the 5 yr / 100,000 extension for my new car and would like to know what others are paying.

I paid $1,416. Picking up my new car today. I am kind of wrestling with whether this is worth it or not. But they tell me I can cancel this at any time, with refund. What are you paying ?

Mine is 8 years coverage or 100k miles. I paid around $900 for it

IMO, it's a waste. I've needed warranty repair once, and it took three trips to the dealer to get them to even agree the part was broken. The part - my drivers seat. the problem - IT MOVES WHILE I'M DRIVING.

They said it was normal. *******s

I paid $1000 to double my warranty, $100 deduct.

In hindsight I wish I hadn't. I already am thinking about some mods, nothing major, and after learning about SOA's warranty backing (or lack of), it seems like a waste. doh!

Have the 6/60000 with zero deductible. Probably a waste of money. Cost was $980.
