Changing rotors and pads

I need new rotors because mine are warped. While I am changing them, I am going to upgrade the pads. Is it necessary to bleed the brakes when changing either the rotors or the pads? And if it is, is bleeding the pads hard? Where can I find a how-to?

there was just a thread about this maybe a week or so ago, so you'd be well served to use the search function.

the short answer: you're not going to bleed pads, so i'm going to assume that was a typo. bleeding the brakes after installing pads and rotors is largely a matter of opinion. i didn't when i changed pads on my car, others do. i think http://www.scoobymods.com has a how to for this. its quite easy, you simply unbolt two 14mm bolts that hold the caliper to the caliper bracket and slide the caliper off. slide out the old pads, and slide in the new ones. to change rotors, you'll also need to remove the caliper bracket. do the rotors first, then bolt the caliper bracket on, and install the pads.

Yeah, I usually do search first. Just an oops on my part. Thanks for the reply though.
