Hi everyone...
Let me start by saying my WRX runs perfectly. I have 24k miles, and keep it in tip-top shape. Over the last month-6 weeks, I have noticed the following noise coming from the engine compartment: After starting the car & pulling out of the garage, I hear a faint sound that is similiar hot water running through pipes of a home radiator heating system. Kind of like a bubbling, percolating sound. It is very faint, and doesn't last long. I can sometimes hear it also when the car is warmed up and I stop at a light, etc. It lasts only a few seconds, and except for that sound, I notice nothing else (no odors, all fluid levels are perfect, no drop in performance, etc.). I know this is something if I have the dealer check out he won't find anything! (I will have him look at it when I bring it in for maintanence so there is a record for the future). Has anyone experienced this or know what I might be trying to explain?! Thanks for any advice.
