Advise on buying a new STI (2007)

I've done some research and wanted to double-check on here. 2007 Black STi. Brand new. $32,500 OTD.

Good price? I checked on a few different sites and they all say the target price should be around $32,700, and I think that's without TTL. So I'm guessing if I got it for $32,500 OTD, it would be a great deal.

What do you guys think?
