29k and I am curious about the 30k tune-up. Plug's, fuel filter etc. The car has lately been acting a bit strange. Seem's to be fuel starved at time's at start up after sitting for a few hours. Is this a symptom of the fuel filter going kaput?

I'm asking these seemingly stupid question's because this is my first suby and many previous vehicles prior to this did not give me this symptom when approaching the first tune-up.

Are these auto's very finicky when it's time for tune-up's.
