WRX: Where can I get GOOD directions for intake silencer removal

Newbie wondering where I can get GOOD directions for getting the silencer off.
Ok,
Only been on the board REALLY active for 2 or 3 days now... reason being I am going to start taking the wagon from stock and I have been reading up.
Everyone talks about getting rid of the silencer but I have not found really good directions on how... pictures even... does anyone have or know where I can find directions like this...
From what I could tell this site does not have a "Been there done that" type of post. If it does and I missed I am sorry. It be really cool to have though if there is not one. A place for people to post up mod's, pictures, IN-DEPTH instructions (heh), etc...
Anyway... if someone can toss me some info. on getting the silencer off I would appreciate it.
(From what I have read it has no real value, correct?)
