Airing down is the best thing you can do not to get stuck. Also watch your engine temp, if you don't air down enough you'll notice that it puts alot of stress on your engine and the temp will skyrocket. Make sure to air up as soon as you can when you leave the beach. Have fun and wash it as soon as you are done, I'd be more worried about the salt than the sand.
