I've been looking around the Subaru Canada website in the Forester XT section. They have lots of info and pics, I hope SOA's site get updated with XT info and stuff soon.
Anyway, according to the SOC site, the XT weighs 3201 pounds, about 100lbs. more than I estimated.
But 0-60 in 6.1s is still quite respectable and plenty for me.

I believe I read somewhere that a Canadian mag tested the XT and it clocked in at 6.1s 0-60. Not too shabby; plenty fast for me, anyway.
Even if I never purchase a Forester, SOA wouldn't allow both the Baja and the Forester to possibly outaccelerate the standard WRX - the WRX is the performance standard for all of Subaru, with the STi being a premium version of the car. My instincts tell me that the WRX might have a turbo EJ25 in its future.
