fk peoples!!!i know ur trying to make a damn point here, but why do u guys always have to bring in what happened to you when you wre younger, what car u first drove, how u ended up with the car you have now. everybody lives a different lifestyle. everybody is born in a different society and different class. i know you worked very hard to get a subaru, and others get it without their parents hesitating, but the point is, if you really earned it yourself, you dont need to flame anyone or put down anyone just because u dont think they deserve it.

please dont flame others, its your fault, you shouldnt compare yourself to others. if it makes you better flame me. im 16 with and sti. i dont pay for insurance, i dont pay for car payments, i dont pay for cell phone bills. i pay for wutever i want. i pay for some groceries that i bring home. i pay for my own mods. i told my parents that i would continue working for them until i go to college, but i dont want them to pay for any mods, any car damages, gas, or anything that has to do with this car, because just the car itself is good enough. i know i am very fortunate to get this car, but i dont start putting down others for getting corvettes or porches tata they didnt work for.

I think the underlying problem is that in today's society for the most part the car you drive tells everyone what kind of money you make and what kind of money you make determines your social status. Guys are basically driving around in their egos.

So then there are people who have parents that buy them a nice car. Which is cool.. everybody wants their kids to have nice things, and nobody would turn down an STi if your parents bought one for you. Getting a nice car is nothing to be ashamed of.

Heres what most people have a problem with tho, myself included. Getting a nice car is nothing to be ashamed of, ok, but it's nothing to be overly proud of either. You can't have an STi fall in your lap and then all of a sudden be mr. ego about it. You can't talk down to anyone here who works their *** off to make the insurance payment or whatever. You have no right to feel or act like your anymore accomplished then the next guy.

Before I get flamed by every kid driving a nice car.. what does everything I just said have to do with how old you are? nothing.
